PVC Foam sheets is Colorable
Despite the sponge structure at the depth of the board, hard surfaces can be created above and below the product by controlling the production parameters and adjusting the process temperature.
Surface hardness increases flexural strength, gloss, resistance to physical impacts, etc. In addition, the hard surfaces of PVC foam boards enjoy good colorability due to their polar chemical structure. This property along with glossy surface of the boards, adds high colorability and printability properties to the boards.
